Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a Salesforce Security Product Owner in London or Leeds, hybrid. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for security products within Salesforce, working with Security, Risk and business teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

You will lead internal teams and partners using Agile and DevSecOps to drive enhancements, governance and measurable business value while balancing regulatory requirements and architectural alignment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning and managing Salesforce security products.
• Experience delivering security or regulated technology products with governance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile product delivery, backlog management and estimation.
• Practical understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure-by-design delivery.
• Experience managing external delivery partners and service providers.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting and expenditure management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, budget and backlog for Salesforce security products.
• Lead delivery of product enhancements and services using Agile and DevSecOps.
• Drive security governance, compliance and assurance activities to meet regulatory obligations.
• Assess and prioritise demand balancing operational needs, technical debt and new initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure delivery against service and security standards.
• Monitor performance, security metrics and drive continual improvement.
