Job summary

Handelsbanken plc is seeking a security professional to lead risk and privacy workstreams on a major transformation programme. You will assess threats, advise on controls, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to embed secure delivery.

Ideal candidates bring Salesforce experience, CISSP or equivalent qualifications, and a strong ability to translate complex security concepts to non-technical audiences, while fostering a culture of shared security ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce security controls and risk assessments.
• Ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical colleagues.
• CISSP or equivalent security certifications preferred.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, compliance and business teams.
• Proven ability to identify information security risks and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk & control assessments according to bank processes.
• Articulate security risks and guide treatment within deadlines.
• Provide specialist advice on Information Security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop deep knowledge of secure change processes and approval gates.
• Build trust-based relationships with delivery team stakeholders.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and working groups.
