Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for Financial Services to design and deliver FSC-based solutions across wealth management, banking and investments. You will lead architectural engagements, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce outcomes.

You will work with senior stakeholders, maintain security and performance standards, and stay current with Salesforce FSC features, partnering with clients to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Industries or Financial Services Cloud.
• Led technical engagements: architecting, designing, building and delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Address architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability) in Salesforce context.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; consulting or team leadership background.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Architect, Platform Developer, Vlocity/Agentforce) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Articulate solutions to senior stakeholders and manage objectives.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using FSC for wealth management, banking and investment clients.
• Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deliver Salesforce at scale while improving client value and outcomes.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Keep informed about Salesforce Financial Services features and updates.
