Job summary

Ummah Welfare Trust in Bolton, UK is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Salesforce Programme/Aid Management application. You will bridge programme teams, stakeholders and developers to ensure the solution meets needs and improves efficiency across countries.

You will translate requirements into user stories, maintain the backlog, design workflows for beneficiary tracking and reporting, and supervise UAT and change management to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, CS, Business Admin, PM, International Development or related field.
• Experience as Product Owner, BA or Functional Lead on Salesforce implementations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories for technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating UAT and driving user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership for Salesforce Programme/Aid Management application.
• Gather, document and prioritise business requirements from programme, grants, MEAL, finance and operations teams.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Design and rollout workflows for programme management, beneficiary tracking, grants reporting, case and activity management, and MEAL.
• Coordinate UAT and lead change-management activities with implementation partners and users.
