Job summary

Ummah Welfare Trust in Bolton, UK is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Salesforce Programme/Aid Management application. You will bridge programme teams, stakeholders and developers to ensure the solution meets needs and improves efficiency across countries.

You will translate requirements into user stories, maintain the backlog, design workflows for beneficiary tracking and reporting, and supervise UAT and change management to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, CS, Business Admin, PM, International Development or related field.
• Experience as Product Owner, BA or Functional Lead on Salesforce implementations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories for technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating UAT and driving user adoption.

The Role This full-time, management-level position requires an experienced Product Owner to lead the implementation and ongoing management of a Salesforce-based custom application for Programme and Aid Management. You will serve as the critical bridge between programme teams, operational stakeholders and technical delivery partners—ensuring the solution meets organizational needs, improves operational efficiency, and supports effective programme delivery across multiple countries.
