Job summary

JobsTrackR in Liverpool seeks an IS Programme Manager to lead large Salesforce programmes and business transformations. You will develop roadmaps, oversee multiple projects and manage budgets, risks and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role focuses on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and integrations, with strong governance, reporting and change management responsibilities. This is a full-time temporary position in the UK.

Qualifications

• Lead large-scale Salesforce programmes and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones and benefits realisation frameworks.
• Oversee multiple projects within the programme, aligned to strategic objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders to define programme scope, requirements and outcomes.
• Manage programme budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues and change controls.
• Provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, technical teams and suppliers.

• Establish governance, reporting, assurance and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure adoption and change management.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract performance to meet objectives.
• Lead programme steering groups, workshops and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and maximise value of Salesforce investments.
• Oversee transition activities to operations and business-as-usual.

• Manage programme budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls.
• Provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.
• Ensure successful implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated integrations.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, assurance, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and change management.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract performance to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Lead programme steering groups, workshops, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure programme deliverables comply with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to maximise the value of Salesforce investments.
• Oversee transition activities and ensure successful handover into operational support and business-as-usual environments.
