Juice Recruitment is supporting a growing business to appoint a Business Development Team Manager on a temporary maternity cover basis. The role leads the Business Development team, translating commercial strategy into measurable results and partnering with senior leadership to drive revenue and pipeline.
The successful candidate will have proven Business Development or sales leadership experience, strong Salesforce expertise, and a track record of coaching a team to meet ambitious targets.
Formación
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales leadership.
- Strong Salesforce experience is essential.
- Experience coaching and motivating a team to achieve targets.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, motivate and develop the Business Development team to achieve revenue targets.
- Coach team members through feedback, performance conversations and development.
- Drive performance against pipeline, activity, conversion and growth targets.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
- Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting and performance meetings with stakeholders.
- Promote best practice in Salesforce usage and data quality.
