Functional Lead - Salesforce

London

Hybrid - 3 days office/ 2 days remote

We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who are looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.

As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will:

• Take ownership of the requirements definition and the Product Backlog
• Lead Detailed Design workshops, playbacks, testing and training sessions
• Lead the production of design outputs such as process maps, product backlog and solution design documentation
• Take ownership of the functional components of the Solution Design
• Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Be required to lead and manage and mentor Junior Salesforce Consultants.

As well as the above requirements, they are looking for someone who can bring their Salesforce knowledge, experience, and work ethic to support the smooth delivery of a wide range of Salesforce projects. This role is a client-facing position so excellent communication and presentation skills are required to be able to lead the Solution for each project and client engagement.
