Role: Salesforce Functional Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)

The fastest growing Salesforce Partner in 24/25, with award-winning activities, has recently signed three enterprise, complex implementations with well-known organizations undergoing digital transformations.

Their mission is to support customers in unlocking efficiency through Salesforce and technology.

They deliver multi-cloud implementations across various industry verticals and are seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead to drive projects and make a significant impact. Their services include greenfield implementations, transformations, innovation, and change management, ensuring diverse daily responsibilities.

In the past year, they've onboarded experienced Salesforce experts, fostering an inclusive, innovative, and hardworking culture. They are looking for proactive individuals eager to advance their careers, with opportunities supported by senior leadership and additional resources.

This hybrid role is based at their modern London offices, requiring 2-3 days in-office per week.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading full lifecycle complex, cross-cloud implementations
2. Supporting pre-sales activities and identifying new opportunities
3. Mentoring and leading junior team members
4. Designing solutions by working with delivery and technical teams
5. Leading requirement gathering sessions and preparing client presentations

Requirements:

1. Approximately 5+ years of Salesforce end-to-end project delivery experience
2. Proven leadership in Salesforce implementations and team management
3. Experience with solution design and architecture (desired)
4. Previous consulting experience is essential
5. Core Cloud experience at minimum, additional clouds are a bonus
6. Industry experience in professional services or the built environment (desired)
7. Legal right to work in the UK
