Job summary

Steadman Brown is seeking an experienced Field Service Architect to own end-to-end Field Service implementations in the UK. You will lead solution design from pre-sales discussions through to high-level architecture and handover to development teams.

You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders and consultants to design scalable, robust Salesforce-based solutions aligned with best practices, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large scale Field Service Implementations.
• Experience developing Field Service Architectural designs.
• Experience leading solution design from pre-sales through to architecture and handover.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Field Service solution design from pre-sales to architecture.
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Own high-level architecture ensuring scalable, robust Salesforce designs.
• Serve as technical contact across design phase with stakeholders and dev teams.
