Job summary

Steadman Brown seeks a Salesforce Programme Architect to own the programme across Sales, Service and Field Service, driving delivery and high-fidelity architectural decisions.

You will partner with the implementation partner, review plans, and establish milestones while managing risks and dependencies and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Architecture and Programme Management experience.
• Experience leading Service Cloud and/or Field Service deliveries (Sales Cloud is not a priority).

Responsibilities

• Own programme delivery across Sales, Service and Field Service.
• Review existing plans, challenge assumptions and establish clear delivery milestones.
