You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, supporting clients across industries as they modernise their field service processes—from work order management to mobile workforce enablement—while growing your Salesforce

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
• Understanding of Field Service processes such as work order lifecycle, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce enablement and technician workflows.
• Experience configuring Salesforce objects, automation, and user interfaces.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• AI isn't a trend to you—it's a core part of how you work. You use AI tools confidently and enjoy continuously discovering new possibilities and integrating them into your everyday work.
• Salesforce certifications (eg Administrator, Field Service Lightning, and Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist)
