Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in the UK is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation programme. This hands-on role focuses on enhancements and integrations across Salesforce platforms.

You will develop across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, build Apex code and Lightning components, and work closely with product owners and technical teams to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments.
• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to pick up an existing project quickly and deliver high-quality work from day one.
• Excellent problem-solving capability and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing custom functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Building and optimising Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations.
• Supporting delivery, including new features, fixes, and performance improvements.
• Working closely with product owners, architects, and internal technical teams.
• Helping stabilise and extend an in-flight project where speed and quality both matter.
