Job summary

NTT DATA UK is seeking a Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of Salesforce programmes across global teams. You will report to the Head of Delivery and Governance, and drive business outcomes for clients with a client-centric, innovative approach.

You will lead multi-project delivery, shape solutions, mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and advance Salesforce capabilities while staying current with platform innovations and market best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive delivery experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 5+ years managing medium to large-scale Salesforce projects or programmes.
• Proven track record leading and managing global teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices and implementation strategies.
• Leadership to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial models, Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Salesforce certifications across the 360 are desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.

• Provide leadership across delivery and presales engagements, shaping solutions and developing estimates.
• Build, coach, mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams across Salesforce workstreams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing stakeholder relationships and guiding strategic decisions.
• Drive project planning, governance and roadmap development, mitigating risks while aligning with objectives.
• Lead Agile delivery teams to implement Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds.
• Support the growth of the practice by interviewing candidates and helping recruit high-potential staff.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and continuously improve delivery approaches.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. You will report to the Head of Delivery and Governance within our practice. The ideal candidate will already be doing a similar role, will come with extensive expertise in Salesforce, a blend of technical ability, whilst demonstrating exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and delivery across global teams, a client centric and creative mindset in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

What you';ll be doing:

• Lead the successful delivery of complex Salesforce programmes, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed business and client requirements.
• Provide leadership across delivery and presales engagements, shaping solutions, developing estimates, and supporting the translation of requirements into commercial proposals.
• Build, coach, mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams, fostering collaboration, supporting career development, and driving successful outcomes across Salesforce workstreams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing stakeholder relationships, communicating progress, handling escalations, and guiding strategic decision-making.
• Drive project planning, governance and roadmap development, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring solutions align with business expectations and strategic objectives.
• Lead Agile delivery teams to implement high-quality Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds, applying industry best practices and the latest platform capabilities.
• Support the growth of the practice through interviewing prospective candidates, contributing to recruitment activities, and helping build high-performing teams.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and support the continuous improvement of delivery approaches, methodologies, and client outcomes.

What experience you';ll bring:

• Extensive experience across delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem
• A minimum of 5years in managing medium to large-scale Salesforce projects or programs.
• Proven track record of leading and managing global teams
• Salesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and clients.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project execution
• Tools and Process: Familiarity with commercial models, agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Salesforce certifications across the 360 are highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering client value
