Job summary

NTT DATA in London is seeking a Salesforce Integration Specialist to architect and implement integration solutions across Salesforce, MuleSoft and third-party systems. You will work with stakeholders to optimize approaches, ensure secure data flow and deliver scalable, high-quality integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce tools, MuleSoft, API management and ETL processes, plus a proactive, collaboration-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Integration specialist with hands-on MuleSoft and Salesforce tools.
• Designing and managing APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
• Experience with integration patterns, data synchronization, and OAuth-based auth.
• Expertise in ETL, data cleansing, transformation and large data migrations.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
• Certifications in Mulesoft or Salesforce Integration Architect are desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud integrations (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, collaborating in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI.

As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our team in London. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing cutting‑edge integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange across diverse platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other third‑party systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive business value, optimise integration approaches, and deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

What you';ll be doing:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integration strategies across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other cloud platforms, providing expert advice on integration approaches, patterns, API management, governance, environment architecture, licensing considerations, and industry best practices.
• Architect and design integration solutions using Salesforce platform tools, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and other cloud technologies to ensure seamless and secure data flow between systems.

• Advise on integration patterns (e.g., data integration, process integration, batch integration, event‑based integration, data virtualization, zero‑copy integration) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SAML) that best support business objectives and technical requirements.
• Architect and design ETL processes and data migrations, ensuring high‑quality data transfer across systems, even with large data volumes while adhering to platform constraints.
• Collaborate with product teams and domain specialists to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, leveraging AI and machine learning to optimise integrations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Conduct workshops, technical training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to upskill team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in integration.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Salesforce and integration technologies.

What experience you';ll bring:

• Proven experience as an Integration specialist, with hands‑on expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce integration tools such as OmniStudio, Flow Orchestrator, Salesforce Connect, Heroku Connect and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing APIs with MuleSoft, including working with REST, SOAP APIs and Bulk API.
• Experience in integration patterns, data synchronization techniques, and OAuth‑based authentication.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and migrating large datasets while adhering to Salesforce platform limitations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
• Mulesoft Integration Architect or Mulesoft Developer certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based integrations, with familiarity in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and strong communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with additional Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.

• Understanding of data modelling and data structures of Salesforce products
• Additional certifications, including Salesforce Certified Integration Architect or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and management of integration solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements in the context of integration projects.
