Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting, transformation, or advisory engagements.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, CPQ, CLM, Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling and requirements management techniques.
• Experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse current state processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Define future state business processes and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Prepare BRD, functional specifications, user stories, process flows and use cases.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including product, engineering, QA and operations.
• Support solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, requirements signoffs and change management activities.
• Assist in UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Present recommendations and project updates to senior management and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives business processes challenges and opportunities
• Conduct workshops interviews and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements
• Analyse current state processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Define future state business processes and recommend solutions aligned with business goals
• Prepare business requirements documents BRD functional specifications user stories process flows and use cases
• Perform gap analysis impact assessments and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including product engineering QA and operations teams
• Support solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews requirements signoffs and change management activities
• Assist in user acceptance testing UAT training and deployment activities
• Present recommendations and project updates to senior management and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration engineering information systems computer science or a related field
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in consulting transformation or advisory engagements
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as CRM ERP CPQ CLM Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling and requirement management techniques
• Experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence Visio Lucid chart Miro and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with Big 4 Global System Integrators or management consulting organizations
• Experience in digital transformation process optimization automation or enterprise application implementations
• Knowledge of industry best practices and business architecture frameworks
• Certifications such as CBAP PMIPBA Agile Business Analyst or Scrum certifications are preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in Travel Hospitality Salesforce ecosystem Contract Management CLM CPQ Revenue Management or Digital Transformation programs
• Exposure to AI driven business process improvement initiatives
