Wipro is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams in Reading, UK. You will translate business needs into Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring clear requirements and practical designs.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, creating BRD/FRD, writing user stories, managing the backlog, coordinating UAT and deployments, and supporting change management and user adoption across Salesforce

Qualifications

The Salesforce Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions. The role involves requirement elicitation, process analysis, solution design support, backlog management, testing coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions.
• Develop process flows, use cases, wireframes, and business process maps.
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Ensure requirements traceability from business needs through development, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-offs.
• Support release planning, deployment validation, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and Salesforce best-practice adoption.
• Assist with change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations and data migration concepts.

Business Analysis Skills
