Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in Agile Salesforce delivery programmes.
- Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows and Salesforce security.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities.
- Create business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and use cases.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce functional solutions and maintain traceability through delivery.
- Work with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams and Product Owners.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and sprint delivery.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, business sign-off and deployment validation.
- Identify process improvements and support change, training and user adoption.
