Talent Octopusventures in City of London, United Kingdom, seeks a Business Analyst to partner with business units, capture requirements, analyze processes and support Salesforce-driven projects.

You will work in an Agile environment, facilitate workshops, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with developers throughout the project lifecycle.

About The Role

The Business Analyst will partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting solution delivery. Experience working with Salesforce CRM is required, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and supporting system enhancements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects.
• must demonstrate hands‑on experience working with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
