Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities.
• Create business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and use cases.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce functional solutions and maintain traceability through delivery.
• Work with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams and Product Owners.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and sprint delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, business sign-off and deployment validation.
• Identify process improvements and support change, training and user adoption.
