An established industry player is seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to drive business requirements and enhance Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will lead workshops, collaborate with technology teams, and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps. The Salesforce Functional Analyst (BA) is responsible for understanding and capturing clear business requirements. You will lead business workshops on all Salesforce OUP products and help the business understand capabilities and best practices, which will drive outputs such as process flows, Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
You will work closely with other technology teams to ensure that all designs align with our strategic roadmaps for this domain. In conjunction with the Functional Lead for Salesforce, you will advise these teams to ensure that designs enable us to maximize value from Salesforce platform developments.
As part of the dedicated Salesforce Hub Team, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions within Press. Your experience with large, complex Salesforce projects in a global sales and marketing organization, alongside an Agile offshore delivery model, will be essential.
