Job Description:

WRK Digital is urgently seeking 2 Contract Business Analysts to start immediately. Inside IR35, £600 per day. Willingness to go on-site approximately 1 day per week in Worcester is required.

Candidates must have demonstrable Salesforce Service Cloud experience, particularly in Case Management. Comfort with running workshops with stakeholders, producing process maps, and wire-framing is essential.

The role involves working in a fast-paced, sprint-based environment. Experience with Jira and Confluence is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities include eliciting and documenting requirements, facilitating approval processes, maintaining traceability matrices, analyzing business processes, designing customer journeys, and supporting testing activities.

Ideal candidates will have robust senior-level business analysis skills, resilience in complex environments, and specific experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and case management requirements.
