Job summary
ViewSonic is seeking an experienced Salesforce Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce CRM platform across Europe. The role focuses on requirements discovery, solution design, and implementation support, with ongoing optimization for Salesforce Sales Cloud and related systems.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience translating business processes into system requirements.
- Experience writing functional specifications and user stories.
- Chinese / Mandarin (Nice to have).
- Experience working in multi-region Salesforce environments and CRM rollouts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from sales, operations, and regional stakeholders.
- Translate business processes into Salesforce functional specifications and user stories.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with architects and developers.
- Support the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud including channel/partner management and approval workflows.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution validation.
- Define and manage UAT test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
