Job summary

CloudCo Solutions Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to lead the transformation programme. You will drive discovery, capture and refine requirements, map current and target processes, and support solution design decisions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Data Cloud.

Salesforce Business Analyst - 12 month Contract - Field Service Lightning - FSL - Data Cloud - Agentforce

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a greenfield implementation leading all internal Business Analysis activities across the transformation programme. We are looking for proven experience of working with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), Data Cloud and ideally Agentforce.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering, facilitating as-is and to-be process mapping, challenging and refining business requirements alongside operational stakeholders, supporting solution design decisions, coordinating testing, UAT and business readiness activities.

This is a hybrid role in Manchester, rate on application.
