You will drive digital transformation of sales and marketing processes by delivering tailored Salesforce solutions, collaborating with Application Owners, functional and technical leads, admins, analysts and developers.

You will translate business needs into user stories, lead design and testing, and provide best-practice guidance to ensure scalable, secure implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions, especially Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, flows, and specs.
• Support test strategy, UAT, and release cycles.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance.
