Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Salesforce AI Engineer to join a UK-wide hybrid team delivering next-generation AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will design, build, and deploy secure, scalable AI capabilities within regulated public sector environments.

The role focuses on agent-based AI, integration with enterprise systems, and DevOps practices. UK travel on request and SC clearance are required, with sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing AgentForce agents, AI copilot, and intelligent digital services.
• Building AI-powered solutions using Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and Data Cloud.
• Developing enterprise-grade solutions using Apex and APIs.
• Integrating Salesforce with enterprise and government systems through APIs, MuleSoft, and cloud platforms.
• Creating trusted AI solutions through grounding, retrieval, governance, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
• Working with Solution Architects, Security Architects, AI Specialists, and senior stakeholders to deliver transformational programmes.
• Supporting modern DevOps practices using Gearset, Copado, Flosum, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For

• Salesforce consulting and development experience
• Experience building secure, scalable cloud solutions
• Experience with AgentForce
• Understanding of AI, automation, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or intelligent workflow solutions
• Knowledge of governance, security, data protection, and compliance principles
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and solving complex business challenges
• Public Sector, Defence, Healthcare, or regulated industry experience
• DevOps and CI/CD tooling
