83zero Ltd is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deliver AI-powered solutions for major enterprise organisations in a hybrid London setting.

You'll work across Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flow), Agentforce and Einstein AI, integrating data via MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver production-ready outcomes. Security clearance (SC) may be required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flow).
• Experience with Sales/Service Clouds is a plus.
• Practical experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder).
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and AI evaluation.
• Experience with enterprise data integration and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and integration patterns.
• Comfortable explaining technical decisions and working with clients.

• Work directly with client teams to understand challenges, shape technical approaches and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, CI/CD and DevOps practices.

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deliver intelligent, AI-powered solutions for major enterprise organisations.

This is an engineering role, not a Salesforce configuration position. You'll work across Salesforce development, Agentforce, generative AI and enterprise integration to turn complex business challenges into production-ready solutions.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript and Flow.

• Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

• Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder or other Salesforce AI capabilities.

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding and AI evaluation.

• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data integration.

• Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns and event-driven architecture.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, code quality and version control.

• Confidence explaining technical decisions, solving complex problems and working directly with clients.

• Ability to take ownership of solutions from design through to deployment.

• Ability to lead and support the development of junior engineers through constructive code reviews, hands-on coaching and sharing engineering best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), vector search or embeddings.

• Python or other programming experience beyond the Salesforce platform.

• Salesforce certifications across development, architecture or AI.
