Tenth Revolution Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager - Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce-based data and AI solutions for enterprise clients.

You will own the architecture across Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Generative AI, and customer engagement, driving integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, and data lakes while mentoring architects and consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce ecosystem architecture and data modelling.
• Salesforce Data Cloud implementation expertise.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
• Cross-cloud integration experience.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI principles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor consultants and architects.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Design and deliver integrations across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds.
• Drive data strategy including Data Streams, Identity Resolution, and segmentation.
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and Snowflake, Databricks, and data lakes.
• Design and deploy Agentforce-powered AI agents to improve engagement and operations.
• Develop Generative AI use cases for content generation and automation.
• Establish AI governance using Salesforce Trust Layer.
• Guide technical teams from discovery to deployment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Design and deliver integrated solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Drive customer data strategy, including: Data Streams, Unified Data Model, Identity Resolution, Segmentation & Activation, Insights & Transformations
• Lead technical workshops and stakeholder engagements, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and enterprise data lakes.
• Design and deploy Agentforce-powered AI agents that improve customer engagement, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Build and optimise Generative AI use cases, including content generation, summarisation, recommendations, and intelligent automation.
• Establish AI governance frameworks leveraging the Salesforce Trust Layer to ensure secure and compliant AI adoption.
• Lead technical teams, provide architectural governance, and drive successful project delivery from discovery through deployment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing automation, data model and architecture in the Salesforce ecosystem or equivalent
• Salesforce Data Cloud implementation expertise
• Strong understanding of customer data modelling and CDP best practices
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills
• Salesforce cross-cloud integration experience
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI principles
• Experience integrating Salesforce with modern cloud data platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
• Ability to lead teams and mentor consultants and architects

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Platform App Builder

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Apex & SOQL
• React, Typescript, HTML, CSS/SASS
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
