Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Product Owner for Salesforce & AI Automation to join the CRM & Sales Tools team. You will own the Salesforce platform roadmap, work with stakeholders to translate priorities into user stories, and drive value through automation and AI-powered tools.

This role combines product ownership with hands-on Salesforce administration, including workflows, reports, dashboards and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years' Salesforce experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar CRM-focused role.
• Strong Salesforce admin knowledge and hands-on configuration experience.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
• Manage and continuously improve our Salesforce AI development Agent, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance user productivity.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
• Articulate product vision, priorities, and user needs in a manner that is easily understood by technical and non-technical teams.
• Act as the primary intake and triage point for Salesforce enhancements, support requests, and automation opportunities.
• Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to maintain alignment throughout delivery.
• Monitor development progress and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and review test plans to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
