  • Define user story acceptance criteria and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery activities.
  • Capture and document operational and business requirements to ensure solutions are clearly defined and fit for purpose.
  • Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to maintain alignment throughout delivery.
  • Monitor development progress and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Support testing activities and review test plans to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Maintain hands-on responsibility for Salesforce administration and configuration, including workflows, flows, security, reports, dashboards, and user management.
  • Promote Salesforce best practices, governance, and scalable solution design across the organisation.
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation capabilities that improve operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • Apply Agile methods and processes to support a disciplined and value-focused delivery approach.
What you’ll bring

  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Understanding of AI, automation, Copilot, Agentforce, or related intelligent workflow technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions at all levels.
  • Confident communicator, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
