Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for Salesforce & AI Automation to lead the CRM tools roadmap and AI-powered automation initiatives.

You will liaise with business stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable user stories and manage the Salesforce backlog with a hands-on administration focus. You’ll drive platform enhancements, collaborate with Salesforce admins, business analysts, and developers, and promote scalable solutions that improve efficiency and sales

Qualifications

6+ years’ experience with Salesforce in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar CRM-focused role.
Strong Salesforce administration knowledge and hands-on configuration experience.
Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising competing stakeholder requirements.
Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Understanding of AI, automation, Copilot, Agentforce, or related intelligent workflow technologies is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions at all levels.
Confident communicator, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Proven ability to operate independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Own the Salesforce backlog and align priorities with business objectives.
Improve our Salesforce AI development Agent and automate manual processes.
Translate business challenges into actionable user stories and requirements.
Articulate product vision and priorities for technical and non-technical audiences.
Handle intake and triage for Salesforce enhancements and automation opportunities.
Coordinate work across Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and developers.
Define user story acceptance criteria and support sprint planning.
Document operational and business requirements to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
Act as liaison between stakeholders and technology teams throughout delivery.
Monitor progress and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes.
Support testing activities and review test plans.
Maintain hands-on Salesforce administration: workflows, security, dashboards, users.
Promote Salesforce best practices and scalable designs.
Drive adoption of AI and automation to boost efficiency and sales.
Apply Agile methods to deliver value.
