Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is hiring a Product Owner for Salesforce & AI Automation to drive our CRM platform roadmap and automation initiatives. You’ll work with stakeholders to prioritise work and translate needs into actionable user stories, while hands-on Salesforce administration ensures robust, scalable solutions.

This role blends product ownership with practical design and execution across teams. You will own the backlog, govern AI-driven enhancements, and help accelerate adoption of automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years' experience working with Salesforce in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar CRM-focused role.
• Strong Salesforce administration knowledge and hands-on configuration experience.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising competing stakeholder requirements.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of AI, automation, Copilot, Agentforce, or related intelligent workflow technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce backlog and align priorities with business objectives to maximise value.
• Lead and improve our Salesforce AI development Agent; identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into clear user stories and requirements.
• Articulate product vision, priorities, and user needs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as primary intake and triage point for Salesforce enhancements, support requests, and automation opportunities.
• Define acceptance criteria and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery activities.
• Document operational and business requirements to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to maintain alignment.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and review test plans; ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Maintain Salesforce administration and configuration responsibilities, including workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and user management.
• Promote Salesforce best practices, governance, and scalable design; drive AI adoption to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
