Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Product Owner for Salesforce & AI Automation to drive the Salesforce platform roadmap and automation initiatives. You will own backlog priorities, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver value through hands-on Salesforce administration and solution design.

Based in London, you will guide cross-functional teams, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and champion AI-enabled CRM improvements that boost sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years’ experience working with Salesforce in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar CRM-focused role.
• Strong Salesforce administration knowledge and hands-on configuration experience.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising competing stakeholder requirements.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of AI, automation, Copilot, Agentforce, or related intelligent workflow technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the Salesforce backlog to align with business objectives.
• Develop and improve our Salesforce AI development Agent for automation and productivity.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Maintain hands-on Salesforce administration including workflows, reports, dashboards, and user management.
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams throughout delivery.
