Job Details

What will you be doing?

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of an Agile team delivering customer-facing products, evangelising Salesforce within the company, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery using Agile principles. Your responsibilities include managing support activities for all CRM-related applications, reducing incidents, and supporting business users serving Retailer and Merchants communities.

What would we like from you?
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification with practical experience
  • Handling escalation of issues from SFDC users and providing feedback
  • Managing user profiles, roles, permission sets, and licenses
  • Creating and customizing objects, fields, page layouts, and security rules
  • Monitoring data quality, integrity, and user adoption
  • Implementing best practices for system maintenance, security, and data management
  • Supporting CRM systems including Salesforce, Magic, and back-office systems
  • Ensuring proper controls for changes transitioned into production
  • Collaborating with support teams on business changes and roadmaps
  • Promoting knowledge sharing within CRM services
  • Desirable: Experience with Apex, triggers, batches, integrations
Additional Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration, preferably with Lightning & enterprise licenses
  • Certifications such as CPQ Advanced and Admin Advanced are desirable
  • Knowledge of declarative tools like Process Builder and Lightning Flows
  • Experience with Sales and Service clouds
  • Support team experience, SQL Server, Azure Cloud knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
