The Salesforce team manages the internal Salesforce org, vital for business operations. The Salesforce Administrator plays a key role, analyzing and resolving user issues, promoting adoption, fixing bugs, and implementing stakeholder requests. The role also involves designing, creating, and delivering technical solutions to ensure the org remains fit for purpose.
You should have a strong understanding of internal business functions and how Salesforce can be configured to support them. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record of improving user experience and operational efficiency. You should enjoy owning and prioritizing varied workloads, from solution delivery to support and training.
You must be capable of managing full project lifecycles, establishing rapport with users and stakeholders, and working autonomously or as part of a team. The role is based in Central London, with potential travel across the UK.
