Role Description:

You will manage and optimize our clients' Salesforce environments, including Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein, and CPQ. Your expertise will ensure clients maximize their Salesforce investments, improve business processes, and reach their strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce platforms (Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein, CPQ) for multiple clients.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including system configuration, data migration, and user training.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize Salesforce solutions accordingly.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system functionalities.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and customizations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure proficient use of Salesforce tools.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices, applying them to client environments.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
  • Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to manage change and train users effectively
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their integrations, including marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
