About the role:

As part of the Commercial Operations team, the Senior System Administrator will maintain the Labcorp BLS CRM system (Salesforce) and related tools, providing end-user support and technical expertise.

  • Support the Commercial Operations Team to leverage technologies for client needs.
  • Combine interests in sales, proposals, contracts, data analytics, and technology.
  • Lead Salesforce Administration, including system knowledge, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Maintain relationships with all Salesforce users across departments.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for projects.
  • Support Salesforce governance processes.
  • Understand technical requirements for Salesforce Automation, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory, and IIS.
  • Communicate effectively to promote system benefits and training.
About you:

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and tact.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize.
  • Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Your qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Salesforce or similar.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Experience in B2B sales environment.
  • Optional: Salesforce Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud Consultant Certifications.
  • Life sciences industry experience preferred.
