Job summary

People First Group is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer in the Reading area to join a well-established independent estate agency. You will conduct market appraisals, identify opportunities and drive client relationships in a target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have estate agency experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, a proactive approach, and a full UK driving licence with their own car. The role offers a clear earning potential with an OTE of £55,000+.

Sales Valuer

Location: Reading area

Salary: up to £35,000 basic

OTE: £55,000+

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus ONLY 1 in 3 Saturdays
