The ideal candidate will have estate agency experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, a proactive approach, and a full UK driving licence with their own car. The role offers a clear earning potential with an OTE of £55,000+.

• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer within residential estate agency preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
