Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Creation of area business plans to drive growth and profitability with Contractors and Wholesalers in your assigned geography.
• Develop business relationships with contractors & branch managers in your geographic area.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with the Regional MK sales teams, Customer Service Team, and the wider HBT sales team on customer proposals and orders.
• Plan and prioritize customer/contact with clients to achieve business aims and sales targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• A proven track record of working within the electrical industry, especially with electrical contractors or MK Electric & Honeywell Lighting Control, is advantageous.
• Ability to develop and manage customer relationships at all levels.
• Confident, positive attitude, and strong belief in own success.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Confidence to lead meetings with internal and external customers.
