Business Development Representative Team Manager

Due to promotion we’re looking for a driven BDR Team Manager to lead from the front and energise our high-performing team of six Business Development Reps.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the energy, performance, and development of a passionate BDR team generating qualified leads for our senior sales professionals. It’s part coach, part strategist, and all leadership.

  • Lead and inspire a team of 6 BDRs to exceed KPIs and appointment targets
  • Bring energy to daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 coaching
  • Hire smart, develop fast, and retain top sales talent
  • Refine outreach tactics across phone, email, and social platforms
  • Work closely with senior sales and marketing to align activity with strategy
  • Report on metrics, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

You’ve walked the walk in B2B sales and know how to build, coach, and get the best out of people. You know what it means to win—and how to help others do the same.

  • Experience of managing a sales or BDR team
  • Experienced in sales, business development, or outbound appointment setting
  • Experience of managing KPIs and motivating high-performing teams noth in person and remote
  • Strong communication and performance management skills
  • Confident using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and MS Office
  • A good understanding of the construction sector or B2B SaaS markets
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
