Job summary

Blue Gem Holdings Ltd in London is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead our serviced offices sales engine and drive occupancy across seven London buildings.

You’ll own the central sales team, accelerate lead-to-viewing conversions and nurture broker relationships to keep the pipeline flowing, with a base salary of £50,000-£55,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £60,000-£65,000. The role rewards performance and offers clear progression under the Commercial Director.
