Blue Gem Holdings Ltd. seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to own the central London portfolio, leading pricing, yield and final deal sign-off while guiding the sales team to deliver growth in a fast-moving market.

The role is on-site five days a week with an £80,000–£85,000 base and £110,000 OTE plus an annual bonus in our employee-owned business. If you want a senior seat with real upside, we should talk.

Senior Commercial Manager | Central London | £110,000 OTE
Seven buildings. 97%+ occupancy. 60% of next year already committed. We are only getting started.
Our Commercial Director is stepping up to lead the growth, which opens a rare seat: full commercial ownership of the portfolio. Pricing, yield, final sign-off on every deal, leadership of the whole sales team. Deliver, and the next step is Commercial Director. We promote from within.
£80,000 to £85,000 base, £110,000 OTE, plus the annual bonus every member of staff gets as an employee-owned business. Five days on site, together and in the market, because that's where deals are won.
You don't need serviced office experience. We will teach you the sector.
