We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive our indirect sales efforts in the UK. This role involves leading a team of account managers, developing go-to-market strategies, and building strong partnerships to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 2 indirect sales account managers, setting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with regional and partner strategies.
  • Create and execute partner pipeline generation programs to increase license revenue.
  • Act as a BMC brand ambassador, fostering trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Participate in global projects, innovate, and solve everyday business challenges.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven success in direct and indirect sales, with an extensive network of software resellers and system integrators.
  • Deep understanding of sales pipelines, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
