Job summary

We Finance Any Car is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader in Manchester to drive performance, develop people and build a high-performing team. Lead a group of Sales Executives, coach daily, monitor KPIs and shape a results-focused culture with strong leadership support.

You will own coaching for targets, contribute to performance reviews and handle complex deals while ensuring a five-star customer experience within a growing finance operations team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales leadership, team leader or sales management role.
• Hands-on leadership style with coaching passion.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion and sales performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive daily performance through hands-on coaching, feedback and structured development.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline, conversion and individual performance to maximise team output.
• Listen to calls and identify opportunities to improve sales conversations and conversion.
• Deliver regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and on-the-job coaching.
• Support your team with complex deals across customers, lenders and dealers.
• Create a high-energy, accountable and results-focused sales environment.
• Lead from the front and assist in securing key opportunities and deals.
• Ensure the team delivers a five-star customer experience.
