Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Branch Manager in motivating and managing the sales team, including line management responsibilities.
  2. Oversee sales, resource allocation, and customer service to meet KPIs.
  3. Contribute to the management team, helping deliver excellent performance aligned with the company's core values.
  4. Ensure branch compliance with standards to maintain balanced performance.
  5. Engage daily in HR activities, including performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognizing our people as our most valuable asset.
  6. Assist with external recruitment and inductions, and support internal talent development.
  7. Promote a customer-focused approach, keeping the customer at the heart of operations.
