We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our growing team and take the lead in driving sales performance, developing people and delivering results.
This is a genuine people-management role. You’ll lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their KPIs while creating a high-performance, positive sales culture.

Drive individual and team sales KPIs and targets.
Conduct regular 1-to-1s, call monitoring and performance reviews.
Provide effective coaching, feedback and development.
Manage underperformance and confidently handle challenging conversations.
Help create a commercially focused, customer-first sales environment.
Proven experience managing or leading a sales team – essential.
Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets.
Experience managing KPIs and performance.
Confidence coaching and developing team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable challenging performance and having difficult conversations.
Commercially driven, customer-focused and results-oriented.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Please note: We’re looking for candidates with genuine people-management responsibility, not solely experience mentoring, supporting or informally leading colleagues.
£33,000 salary.
Up to £1,150 monthly commission following successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
37.5-hour working week.
40-minute break.
Sunday working approximately twice per month, with a day in lieu provided.
Occasional bank holiday working may be required, with a day in lieu provided.
