Elix Sourcing Solutions in Birmingham is seeking a Sales Surveyor to join the West Midlands team. You will measure customer needs, quote installation projects, and close deals, with uncapped commission and a structured training program.

The role covers prebooked appointments across your patch, requires driving and strong customer service, and offers a salary of £35,000–£40,000 with commission (OTE £45,000–£55,000), plus a company car, phone and training.

Sales Surveyor / Estimator

Do you have B2C, surveying or estimating experience and strong customer service and relationship skills? Are you looking to join an industry leading group who pride themselves on staff retention and development?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Sales Surveyor to join the team. The successful applicant will be attending a variety of prebooked appointments with customers across your patch and will be responsible for accurately measuring and quoting for projects. Following this you will be following up to close deals with the customer and pass the details onto the manufacturing & installation teams to bring these orders to life. You will receive commission off of every completed sale that you convert.

The Role:

• Regional Sales Surveyor
• Surveying installation needs and closing deals
• Monday to Friday (3 days starting at 9am and finishing at 4pm and 3 days starting at 11am and finishing at 6pm)

Candidate Requirements:

• B2C Sales experience
• Experience of selling home improvements, windows, kitchens etc is beneficial
• Full Driving License
