Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment are representing a leading home improvements business in search of an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the South East. The role focuses on leading a team of Sales Surveyors, driving sales performance and embedding best practices across the region.

Expect regular travel across the South East with occasional overnight stays, coaching four days per week in the field, and close collaboration with senior leadership to enhance customer experiences.

• Background within home improvements, windows & doors, or similar direct-to-consumer environment.

Chase Taylor Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading business within the home improvement sector in their search for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager with a strong B2C background to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Surveyors. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive sales performance, improve conversion rates and embed best practice across your region.

The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will spend around four days each week in the field coaching your team, supporting performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Regular travel across the South East, including occasional overnight stays, is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop a team of Sales Surveyors.
