Airmec (H2O) Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Team Leader for their North Bristol operation. You will lead the Sales Support team, ensure accurate quotations and handovers to Operations, and work closely with the Head of Sales Account Management to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on line management, compliance in a facilities management environment, and ongoing process improvement to maintain competitive pricing and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales support/administrative team.
• Ability to review quotations, pricing and margins.
• Strong understanding of CRM disciplines, quotation administration and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily workload of the Sales Support team.
• Provide line management, coaching and performance development.
• Review quotations within delegated authority, ensuring pricing and margins are sound.
